This month HMS Shipshape is celebrating it’s third birthday. To mark three years of trading, it’s hosting a free Wellbeing Event with other local businesses in the health, wellbeing and fitness industry on Wednesday 9th May 2018 7:30pm-9:00pm in the Praze institute where the exercise classes are taught. With light refreshments and nibbles provided, it provides the opportunity for Shipshape to invite the local community to get involved with networking, learning and sharing about what wellbeing means to them as well as celebrating the continued success of the exercise provision within the village.
